Thanks for the video appreciate your honest opinion!! Actually there’s been some updates to property ownership laws. As a foreigner you can get permanent residency if you buy property in specific areas like the pearl. No need for sponsorship. There’s been a lot of updates to visas laws too. Jusour programme that allows freelancers and entrepreneurs to get 5 year residency. Also would recommend going to Msheireb downtown, Almaha island and Katara in the evenings to see more of the locals lifestyle

Personally Abu Dhabi for work life balance. Much less hectic and traffic than dubai also there is more of a community in Ad as it is more family orientated. Also usually salaries are higher in Abu Dhabi as alot of government jobs are based there. Abu Dhabi is so peaceful and is the safest city in the world

Absolutely love Dubai. I’m moving there soon from South Africa and I can’t wait…. I didn’t feel a connection to Abu Dhabi so I wouldn’t want to live there. I also have a bias towards Dubai because I have loved ones there… Thanks for a short and to the point video lol!

I am retired. Electrician. Enjoying life in retirement. I would never move out of uk. In fact i no longer have a passport. Have no reason to travel now. I travel and visit the wonders of the UK. . I have worked with many cultures and had a good time.

It's not about race but what Britain has done for the world and how educated we are in sorting and getting things done. If you're Caucasian and from a 3rd world you would get the same treatment as natives, It may look odd but they better be safe than sorry. England has many treaties and agreements and trades with the world. Speaking English itself is like having a passport to communicate with the rest of the world so having the actual passport is respected and honoured. Gotta love England.

Just a year(1981) after giving birth in the UK, my parents returned to Nigeria with me. I was opportune to return to the UK in 2021 shortly after my British passport application turned out a success. Truth be told, I was lucky to have seen you on the Ytube bringing your exposure, and the benefit of holding a British passport. Yes, you would be surprised that a British Passport Holder like me barely speak good English, let alone its accent. It wouldn't take you a second to know that this is a Nigerian accent. I believe there is a lot to learn from your space. Thanks.

Hear me out. I feel Elizabeth is ahead of her time. Yes, crime in SA is wild. But seeing that coalition governments coming into play, SA 10 to 20 years from now is going to be a real estate haven (for investors at least). This take 100% might be wrong. But institutional investment circles think otherwise. The numbers don’t lie - and I’ll follow them. Should be getting my first estate property for investment in SA next year.
